ZaraTE and Vaz Te....are they good enough?

Both these two frustrate me no end. Last night Zarate had ample opportunity to shine but he failed to do so. I find him greedy and lacking in consistency which is is exactly how I find Vaz Te.
Both of them have the ability to change a game but unfortunately show very little desire to actually do this. I would move both of them out in the January window, free up some money to bring in a decent forward.
What do you lot think?

Vaz Te has had his day with us = not up to the level we're aspiring to reach
Jarvis has never lived up to his price tag
Time for both to go / Thanks for your services etc
Zarate just needs to learn to track back & tackle to get a regular place otherwise he needs to go somewhere more suitable to his style of play (if he can find somwhere)

Zarate's up to it and has done pretty well for us in his limited appearances so far...
Vaz Te isn't up to this level... Simple as that...

I thought he did well first half but was non existent in the second but you could say that about every single one of our attack minded players

iRon, you make some good transfer target suggestions. Have you contacted the club?
I think that the two David's will loosen up some funds in January because the thought of being in the Championship when we move to the new stadium would be a great money making opportunity for them.

Ha! I see what you did there.
You accepted Mauro's word as gospel and denied Ruzzi's as a complete lie.
Even though Mauro would have good reason to make up a denial and Ruzzi would have little reason to tout a player he doesn't represent.

Ag! Actually his agent is supposed to be Sergio! He is agent to all his brothers.
And the only suggestion anywhere that Luiz Ruzzi is acting as some sort of middle man, is you. Zarate has denied it, but you won't accept that, and reckon it's a conspiracy.
Doesn't the above tell you something here?

What are you talking about? His agent is his brother, Rolando. Ruzzi has spilt the beans and the brothers are pissed off about it. Or say they are.
To consider this some sort of conspiracy theory is to have no idea about the transfer market/agents work.

Do you understand what 'through an intermediary' means?
If he says he has no agent, he is telling porkies, or is at least bending the truth out of all recognition, so I wouldn't give too much credence to his denial either.
